Day 01 : Arrival at Chennai (Madras)
You arrive at Chennai where you are met by our representatives. You are then escorted to a hotel of your choice in Chennai, where you can relax and stay for the night.
Day 02 : Chennai (Madras)
The day begins with breakfast after which you will be escorted for a popular temple tour of Chennai. The tour will include some of the most revered temples of Tamil Nadu including the Kapaleeswara Temple and the Ashtalakshmi Temple. Offer prayers at these ancient temples as you also savor the exquisite architecture of these beautiful temples. The afternoon is reserved for you to spend some time at the famous beaches of Chennai after which you return to the hotel for an overnight stay.
Day 03 : Mahabalipuram
The day begins with breakfast which is followed by a trip to Mahabalipuram, where you can visit the famous temples of Mahabalipuram including the world heritage site of the Shore Temple. After offering prayers at the temples you can visit the local markets in and around the city in the afternoon. The night is spent at the hotel.
Day 04 : Trichy
You arrive at Trichy, where you are served breakfast after which you have some to spend at your leisure. An afternoon visit is scheduled at the Renganathaswamy temple and the other popular temples of Trichy as well as the famous Rock fort. You return to your hotel in Trichy for an overnight stay.
Day 5 : Tanjore
Day 5 begins with breakfast that is guaranteed to please the choosiest connoisseur. This is followed by a visit to Tanjore where you can visit the Brahadeswara Temple and the Art Gallery. This is followed by a tour to the other temples of Tanjore where you can witness for youself the exquisite beauty of Dravidian architecture. An overnight stay is scheduled at the hotel.
Day 6 : Rameshwaran
You are transported to Rameshwaran, one of the holiest cities of Tamil Nadu today, where you can relax for some time. You are then taken on a trip to the Ramanatha Swamy temple as well as the other temples in and around Rameswaran. This is followed by a trip to the local bazaars after which you are transported back to the hotel for an overnight stay.
Day 7 : Full Day Visit Of Temples
The entire day is devoted to varois visits to the famous temples of rameswaran. These include Amanatha Swamy Temple, Kothandaraswamy Temple, Dhanushkodi Temple and the other revered temples of the city. You return to the hotel for an overnight stay.
Day 8 : Madurai
The day begins with a trip to Madurai, where you will be supplied with a delicious breakfast. This is followed by a short rest after which you are taken for a visit to the markets of Madurai and also to the famous and revered Shri Meenakshi Temple and Tiruparamkundram Temple. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 9 : Kanyakumari
The day is scheduled for the trip to Kanyakumari which is considered to be the land’s end for India. You are escorted to a hotel of your choice, where you check in for the day. After breakfast, visits are arranged to the Susindram temple and the Temple of Goddess Bhagavathi. This is also a perfect opportunity for visitors to Tamil Nadu to view the point of amalgamation of the Indian Ocean, The Arabian Sea and he Bay of Bengal. Trips are also arranged to the Kumari Amman Temple, which is dedicated to Parvati, the Virgin Goddess.
