Delhi - Agra - Jaipur - Delhi
Day 01 - Arrive Delhi:
On arrival at Delhi, you will be received by our representative and transferred to the hotel. Check in and relax for a while, then the Chief Chef will deliver a brief address on Indian Cookery. In the evening you will be taken to the local Indian Market to show you how to buy Indian Spices. Return and enjoy an Indian dinner and stay overnight at the hotel. (D)
Day 02 - Delhi:
A.M. Enjoy a full day city tour covering the Laxmi Narayan Temple - The Place of the Gods, India Gate - The memorial of martyrs, Parliament House - The govt. Headquarters, Jama Masjid - The largest mosque in Asia, Red Fort - majestic monument in red sandstone. Lunch will be provided at an Indian Restaurant. You can enjoy the sound and light show at Red Fort, in the evening. Some other places to visit are the Qutab Minar Complex, Purana Quila, Humayun's Tomb, Jantar Mantar, Rajghat, etc. After completing sightseeing, return to the hotel to attend the COOKING DEMO of the TYPICAL INDIAN DINNER by the Chief Chef of the Hotel, in the HOTEL KITCHEN. Prepare Dinner and enjoy eating the same. Stay overnight at the hotel. (B,L,D)
Day 03 - Delhi / Agra:
Morning drive to Agra, enroute visiting the tomb of Akbar at Sikandra. Stop for lunch at a Highway restaurant. On arrival, check into the hotel. Later you will hear a short lecture on the MUGHLAI tradition of Indian Cookery, a specialty of Agra, the rest of the evening, you can enjoy the city atmosphere. Have dinner, and stay overnight at the hotel. (B,L,D)
Day 04 - Agra:
A.M. Enjoy a full day city tour covering the Taj Mahal - a poem written in white marble, the most extravagant monument ever built for love, Red Fort - a visit to the fort in 'Agra' is a must since so many of the events which lead to the construction of the Taj took place here, Itmad-ud-daulah's Tomb. The tomb is of particular interest since many of its design elements overshadow the Taj. Enjoy having lunch in an Indian restaurant. After sightseeing, return to the hotel. Enjoy the Dinner at the hotel and stay overnight at the hotel. (B,L,D)
Day 05 - Agra / Jaipur:
Morning after breakfast in the hotel, drive to Jaipur enroute visiting Fatehpur Sikri (Old Deserted town of Mughal Dynasty) - Jama Masjid / The Buland Darwaza / Palace of Jodha Bai/Birbal Bhawan & Panch Mahal. On arrival at Jaipur, check into the hotel. Have Lunch in a Rajasthani restaurant. Later, enjoy a tour of the city covering City Palace - occupies a large area divided into a series of courtyards, gardens and buildings and a perfect blend of Rajasthani and Mughal architecture, the Jantar Mantar Observatory - A royal astronomical observatory, Nawab Sahab Ki Haveli - and the Bazaar etc. Stay overnight at the hotel. Day 06 - Jaipur: 
Full day enjoy the excursion to Amer Fort, and enjoy the joy ride on an Elephant. Later return to Jaipur, visit the Turban Museum and a Jaipur Theme Restaurant. Here part of the Indian menu will be served to you and the rest of the Indian traditional dishes and breads will be prepared in front of your table and served right from the frying pans. The chef will cook a traditional Rajasthani meal, addressing you on the traditional ways of cooking, and describing the curry powders used. Enjoy the cooking and eating experience at the restaurant and after relishing your dinner, return to the hotel. Stay overnight at the hotel. (B,L,D)
Day 07 - Jaipur / Delhi Departure:
Morning drive back to Delhi to catch your flight / train to your onward destination.
