The Chitrakoot Dham is one of the most holy places of pilgrimage of India. Chitrakoot is supposed to be the place where Ram, Laxman and Sita spent 11 years of their exile. Chitarkoot has been a witness to the incarnations of Brahma, Vishnu and Mahesh, and the place where Tulsidas, the writer of ‘Shri Ramcharitramanas’ spent many years of his life.
