Day 01: Arrival Delhi

You will receive a warm welcome from our representatives immediately after you arrive at the Delhi airport. They will transfer you to your hotel.

Overnight stay at Delhi.

Immediately after breakfast you will taken for a sight seeing tour of Old Delhi and New Delhi.

Albert Einstein had famously commented about Mahatma Gandhi that Posterity would find it difficult to believe that such a man of flesh and blood ever walked on this earth. You will get the chance to visit Rajghat, the cremation site of this great soul. The tour covers two other remarkable historical monuments – the Jama Masjid and the Red Fort. The former is the largest mosque in India and the latter is a grand fort which reflects the luxurious life of the Mughals.

You will get to see two structures that are reflective of remarkable architectural skills – the Humayun’s Tomb and the Qutab Minar. The tour includes visit to the stately India Gate, the Parliament House where the elected representatives of the world’s largest democracy meet, the Rashtrapati Bhawan which is the official residence of India’s President and finally driving through the Diplomatic Enclave.

Immediately after breakfast, you will be taken to the airport. From the airport, you have to board Flight No. 9W-731. The flight departs at 0630 hrs and arrives at Indore at 0800 hrs. Check into the hotel and stay at Indore overnight.

On the way to Mandu you will be taken to Omkareshwar, an important pilgrimage site. This island is shaped like Om and a large number of devotees throng here to offer their prayers at the Omkareshwar Mahadeo Temple. In Maheshwar you will get to visit the Kaleshwar, Rajarajeshwara, Vithaleshwara and Ahileshwar Temples. The Pehwa Fanase and Ahilya Ghats will not be left out. After the day’s trip, you will stay overnight in a hotel in Mandu.

Mandu is a treasure trove of magnificent palaces, sprawling mansions, majestic tombs and splendid mosques. The whole day will be spent in paying a visit to all these impressive structures. The night will be spent in Mandu.

While going to Bhopal you will be taken to some of the sacred temples in Ujjain. Witness all the religious activities that take place on the banks of the river Sipra. Spirituality is the essence of this place. After reaching Bhopal check in to a hotel.

Immediately after breakfast you will be taken for an excursion to Sanchi. This is sure going to be one of the most memorable excursions in your life for you will get to see several historical structures like Stupas, Viharas and Chaityas that are associated with Buddhism. All of them are architectural marvels that are several centuries old. Sanchi has the proud distinction of being a world heritage site.

The magnificent Bhojeshwar temple in Bhojpur which has earned the prestigious title of Somnath of the east will be visited on this day. The trip includes a visit to the caves at Bhimbhetka. Admire the beautiful paintings on the walls of the caves that will throw a great deal of light on the life of prehistoric men.

A drive will take you to Panchmarhi. You will enjoy an overnight stay at the hotel in Panchmarhi.

On this day you will arrive at the Kanha National Park. That night you will have to stay at the Jungle Resort within the Kanha National Park.

This is the morning to venture into the mysterious depths of the forests in the Kanha National Park. The Jungle Gypsy Safari is very thrilling. Spot wild animals particularly the majestic tiger. After a short lunch break, the Safari starts again so that you get to trace an amazing variety of wild animals.

Immediately after the jungle gypsy safari drive, you will be taken to Bandhavgarh. There you will stay overnight at the hotel.

This time it is an elephant safari. All adventure lovers and wild life lovers will have a great time. You will see many animals in their natural habitat. The park is an Ornithologist’s paradise. Listen to the chirping of birds and admire the beauty of a large number of these feathered creatures. After a lunch break, you will set out on the elephant safari once more.

Early in the morning set out for Khajuraho. After moving in to your hotel, you will go for a sight seeing tour of this place. In the morning start for the journey to Agra. In the afternoon check in to the hotel. Then it is the time of the much awaited visit to the Taj Mahal.
