Day 01: Arrive Cochin
On arrival in Cochin, you will be met by our representative who will assist you in transferring to the hotel you are booked in.
The "Queen of the Arabian Sea", Cochin is one of the most delightful places to visit in Kerala. This port city also boasts of many tourist attractions like the Jewish Synagogue, St. Francis Church, Dutch Palace and the Chinese Fishing Nets.
Also indulge in a Harbour Cruise in the evening.
Stay overnight at the hotel.
Day 02: Cochin
Enjoy a tour to the Spice and Fish market in Cochin after breakfast.
Attend an introductory class on Indian cooking in the afternoon. This will be followed by a demonstration on how to make Indian dishes. You will also get the chance to try your hand at some cooking yourself.
Return for an overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 03: Cochin to Periyar
Drive to Periyar after breakfast.
Lush green tea gardens, winding roads, rubber estates and tea plantations make up Periyar, one of the most delightful destinations in Kerala.
Check in at the Spice Village resort on arrival in Periyar.
In the afternoon, enjoy a boat safari on the Periyar Lake. On return, you will be given a live demonstration on the usage of traditional spices in cooking.

Day 04: Periyar
Take a guided walking tour around the Spice Village after breakfast.
Get to know about different types of spices and the traditional ways they are used in. You also get some cooking lessons that will teach you to prepare a number of simple but delicious Kerala dishes in a jiffy.

Day 05: Periyar to Kumarakom
Drive to Kumarakom after breakfast.
Kumarakom is situated on the bank of the Vembanand Lake and is one of the most beautiful towns in Kerala. With its tranquil backwaters, lush green environs and friendly locals, Kumarakom offers a welcome break from the rigors of modern day life.
Check in at a resort on arrival in Kumarakom.
Attend a live demonstration on "conquering the coconut". This will be followed by a sunset cruise on a rice boat.
Stay overnight at the resort.
Day 06: Kumarakom
Set out to explore Kumarakom after breakfast.
Embark on a boat cruise to a farm. As you sail along, get to watch the locals fishing or going about their day-to-day tasks. Around mid-afternoon, you will get some useful lessons on how to prepare delicious Kerala seafood items.
Stay overnight at the resort.
Day 07: Kumarakom to Mararikulam
Have breakfast before cruising across the Vembanand Lake to Puthenangadi. Upon arrival, drive to the Marari Beach and check in at a beach resort. Spend the remaining part of the day at leisure.
Overnight at the beach resort.
Day 08: Mararikulam to Cochin departure
Drive to the airport where we will assist you with all the check in formalities before you board your flight back home.
