Day 01 ARRIVE HYDERABAD
Arrive at Hyderabad by the morning flight and proceed to the hotel. Later proceed for Hyderabad city tour covering Golconda Fort, Qutub Shahi Tombs, Toli Masjid, Salarjung Museum, Laad Bazaar (famous glass bangle market) and Purani Haveli Museum (one of the palaces of Nizams). Stay overnight at the Hotel.
Day 02 HYDERABAD - WARANGAL
After breakfast proceed to Warangal, enroute visit 2000 year old Jain Temple and Acharya Alya the president of India Award winner in handicrafts. The entire village is handicrafts village making brass items, which is one of its kind in the world. Upon reaching Warangal check into Hotel Ashoka. In the Evening visit Thousand Pillar Temple built by Kakatiya rulers in 12th Century AD. Overnight stay at Warangal.
Day 03 WARANGAL
After breakfast proceed to Ramappa Temple and Ghanpur Ruins. Overnight stay at Warangal.
Day 04 WARANGAL - VIJAYWADA
After breakfast proceed to Vijayawada and check into the hotel. In the evening visit the famous Kanaka Durga Temple on the hillock and stay overnight at Vijayawada.
Day 05 VIJAYWADA
Full day sightseeing at Vijayawada and Eluru covering Kondapalli Toy Village, Undavalli Caves and Eluru Temple. Overnight stay at Vijayawada
Day 06 VIJAYWADA - TIRUPATI
After breakfast proceed to Tirupati and check into Hotel on Tirumala Hills. Proceed for Darshan of Lord Balaji in the Golden Temple of Tirumala. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 07 TIRUPATI - CHANDRAGIRI
After breakfast proceed for sightseeing of Chandragiri and its Fort, which was the last Capital of Vijayanagar Empire, which also ruled over Hampi in Karnataka. Also visit Sri Kala Hasti Temple. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 08 CHANDRAGIRI - CHENNAI
After breakfast proceed to Chennai and check into the hotel.
DAY 09 - CHENNAI
Today we shall take you for a full day city tour of Madras covering - Snake Park and Kapaleeshwar temple dedicated to Lord Shiva, The Museum and not to forget the Marina Beach. Stay overnight at the hotel.
DAY 10 - CHENNAI - MAHABALIPURAM
Today morning we shall drive you to Mahabalipuram. On arrival check into the hotel. Later we shall take you for a city tour covering - the Dravidian style culture temples at Mahabalipuram, the Shore Temple and the Monolithic Sculptures of the ancient India. After lunch a visit to the village and later relax on the beach.
DAY 11 - MAHABALIPURAM - KANCHIPURAM - PONDICHERRY
Today we shall drive you to Kanchipuram. Arrive by lunchtime after visiting the famous temples and the Silk weaving centre. After lunch we shall drive you to Pondicherry. On arrival check into the hotel. Stay overnight at the hotel.
DAY 12 - PONDICHERRY
Today morning we shall take you for a city tour covering - Sri Aurobindo Ashram (a meditation centre) and city tour of the once French colony - Post lunch tour of Auroville (an international city with inhabitants from all over the world) and visit the Mata Mandir meditation centre.
DAY 13 - PONDICHERRY - CHIDAMBARAM
After breakfast we shall drive you to Chidambaram - known as the city of "The Cosmic Dancer - LORD SHIVA". Later we shall take you for a visit to the religious city of Chidambaram.
DAY 14 - CHIDAMBARAM - TANJORE
After breakfast we shall drive you to for Tanjore enroute visiting the temple at Gangaikondacholapuram built in 1220 A.D.
DAY 15 - TANJORE - TIRUCHIRAPALLI
Morning visit the Brihadeshwara temple, view the typical South Indian architecture from the 11th century, the Saraswati Mahal Library - After lunch depart for Tiruchirapalli - Upon arrival visit the Srirangam Temple and the Rock Fort.
DAY 16 - TIRUCHIRAPALLI - MADURAI
Morning drive to Madurai and reach by noon - After lunch visit the world famous Meenakshi Sundareswara Temple, a huge Dravidian temple complex.
DAY 17 - MADURAI - PERIYAR
Depart in the morning for Periyar Wild Life Sanctuary (135 kms) - Afternoon boat cruise on the lake to get a closer look at the wild elephants.
DAY 18 - PERIYAR - COCHIN
Drive to Cochin via Kumarakom and lunch at the resort - The Malabar cuisine is one of the best in the world for seafood and spices. Visit the Dutch palace and the Chinese fishing nets in the backwaters of Cochin.
DAY 19 - COCHIN - ALLEPPEY
One-hour drive to reach the small beautiful town of Alleppey situated on the backwaters of Kerala.
DAY 20 - ALLEPPEY - THIRUVANANTHAPURAM
Morning boat cruise on the backwaters of Kerala (three hours on the boat) and then continue by road to Thiruvananthapuram for lunch. After lunch visit the Napier museum and the world-renowned Padmanabhaswamy temple and later proceed to the beach resort at Kovalam.
DAY 21 - THIRUVANANTHAPURAM - MUMBAI DEPARTURE
Morning free at the beach or time for an ancient Indian herbal massage by expert masseurs - After lunch transfer to the airport to connect flight to Mumbai for the connecting flight back home.
