DAY 1 : ARRIVAL DELHI 
On arrival at Delhi, you will be greeted by our representative and escorted to the hotel. Check in and relax for a while, then the Chief Chef will deliver a brief on Indian Cookery. In the evening you will be taken to the local Indian Market to show you how to buy Indian Spices.
Spices are a supremely important and indispensable aspect of Indian cooking. There are over 100 kinds of spices. In order to understand the cuisine better, one must be aware about the flavor of major spices.
Return and enjoy an Indian dinner and stay overnight at the hotel. (D)
DAY 2 : DELHI
Enjoy sightseeing at places such as Laxmi Narayan Temple, India Gate, Parliament House, Jama Masjid, Red Fort. Some other places to visit are the Qutab Minar, Humayun's Tomb, Jantar Mantar, and Rajghat. Lunch will be provided at a restaurant serving Indian cuisine.
After completing sightseeing, return to the hotel to attend the Cooking Demo of the Typical Indian Dinner by the Chief Chef of the Hotel, in the Hotel Kitchen. Prepare Dinner and enjoy eating the same.

DAY 3 : DELHI - AGRA
Drive to Agra in the morning, visiting the tomb of Akbar at Sikandra on the way. Stop for lunch at a Highway restaurant. On arrival, check into the hotel. Later you will hear a short lecture on the Mughlai tradition of Indian Cookery.

The Mughal rulers brought Mughlai Cuisine to India. Rich sauces, butter-based curries and dry fruits chiefly characterize the cuisine, making it fit for royalty. Elaborate preparations and slow cooking are also an inherent part of Mughlai fare. Its kebabs, koftas, biryanis and desserts are famous across the globe.
Enjoy the sights and sounds of the city, dine and stay overnight at the hotel. (B,L,D)
DAY 4 : AGRA
Enjoy a full day city tour of eminent places of interest in Agra, such as Taj Mahal, Agra Fort, Itmad-ud-Daulah's Tomb.
Taj Mahal is the most impressive monument ever made for love and was built by Shah Jahan after his wife's demise. The Agra Fort has been witness to the rise and fall of the Mughal Empire. It is primarily built in red sandstone and offers panoramic views of the Taj.
Enjoy Mughlai Cuisine in an Indian restaurant at lunch. Return to the hotel after sightseeing and dine before retiring for the day. (B,L,D)
DAY 5 : AGRA - JAIPUR
Drive to Jaipur in the morning, after breakfast. Visit Fatehpur Sikri on the way. Have Lunch in a restaurant serving Rajasthani Cuisine after check at the hotel. Later, enjoy a tour of the city.
Jaipur is brimming with architectural marvels of Rajput and Mughal origin. The City Palace occupies a large area divided into a series of courtyards, gardens and buildings and a perfect marriage of Rajasthani and Mughal architecture. The Jantar Mantar Observatory is a royal astronomical observatory. Also explore the Nawab Sahab Ki Haveli and the Bazaars.

DAY 6 : JAIPUR
Full day excursion to Amber Fort beginning with a joy ride on an elephant. Later, visit the Turban Museum and a Jaipur Theme Restaurant. Here part of the Indian menu will be served to you and the rest of the Indian traditional dishes and breads will be prepared in front of your table and served right from the frying pan.
Rajasthani cuisine is primarily vegetarian and is extremely spicy even by Indian standards. The most sought after delicacies are the Chaats and other such snacks like daal-baati, which is a spicy mixture of lentils, baked balls of wheat and lots of ghee. Other popular dishes include Gatte ki Sabzi, Kachori, Mangori ki Sabzi. Sweets like Ghevar, Mava Kachori and Malpuas also make the rounds. Mainly lentil and bean based, the cuisine is rich in proteins and fats.
The chef here will cook a traditional Rajasthani meal, addressing you on the traditional ways of cooking, and describing the herbs and spices used. Enjoy the cooking and dining experience at the restaurant and after relishing your dinner, return to the hotel and retire for the night. (B,L,D)
DAY 7 : JAIPUR - DELHI DEPARTURE
Drive back to Delhi after breakfast to catch a flight or train to your onward destination.
